ELXChatBot.ai operates as a subscription based SaaS platform. All subscription charges provide access to software, features, usage limits, and support services.
Because our service is delivered digitally and is accessible immediately upon payment, refunds are not automatically granted.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

If the Service fails to function due to a verified technical problem on our side and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

Full refunds will be issued for any accidental duplicate billing.

5. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Once the trial converts to a paid plan, standard refund rules apply.
