If you would like to request deletion of your personal information associated with our services, you may submit a request using the instructions below.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data by contacting our support team.
Please send an email to:
Include the following information in your request:
- Your name or account email used with ELX Chatbot
- The Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp number connected to our platform (if applicable)
- A short description of your deletion request, specifying whether you want:
- Personal data deletion - remove your personal information associated with our services
- Bot deletion - remove a specific chatbot configuration
- Full account deletion - remove your entire ELX Chatbot account and all associated data
Our team may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.
3. What Data May Be Deleted
Upon verification of your request, we will remove personal data associated with your account, which may include:
- Connected Facebook Pages
- Connected Instagram Business accounts
- Connected WhatsApp Business numbers
- Access tokens and integration data
- Account profile information
- Stored chatbot configuration data (including any deleted bots, if requested)
- Any messaging data associated with the account may also be removed unless retention is required for legal or security reasons
4. Processing Time
We will process valid deletion requests within 30 days.
In some cases, limited information may be retained where required for:
- legal obligations
- fraud prevention
- security and audit requirements
5. Disconnecting Integrations
Users can also remove connected social media accounts directly from the ELX Chatbot dashboard by disconnecting the integration. This action will revoke access tokens and stop data collection from the associated platform.
